By using Studieasy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Studieasy helps users upload learning materials and generate quizzes, flashcards, and study sessions. Some features are free and others require a paid Pro subscription.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your account secure. You must provide accurate account details.

4. User Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Studieasy a limited license to host, process, and transform your content to provide the service (for example question generation, tutor context, and study sessions).

If you publish a study publicly, it may be visible to others and may be indexed by search engines.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Studieasy to:

• Upload or share illegal, infringing, harmful, or abusive content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Abuse automated systems, rate limits, or subscription controls.
• Use the service in ways that break applicable laws or regulations.

6. AI Features Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs can be incorrect or incomplete. You should verify study content before relying on it. Studieasy is an educational support tool and not professional academic, legal, or medical advice.

7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Pro subscriptions are billed through our subscription platform and payment partners. Pricing, renewal terms, and billing period are shown at purchase time.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the in-app subscription management link. Cancellation applies to future renewal periods according to your billing terms.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required for security, or to comply with legal obligations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Studieasy is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
